Privacy Policy
NSK respects your privacy and rights relating to your Personally Identifiable Information. At NSK, when obtaining and handling Personally Identifiable Information in the course of their work, all officers and employees strictly adhere to the Personal Information Protection Law of Japan and related laws and regulations.
Handling Your Personally Identifiable Information
1. You don’t have to provide any Personally Identifiable Information when you visit the NSK Website.

2. Obtaining Personally Identifiable Information
- For any reason, when we ask you to provide us with your Personally Identifiable Information, we advise you of the purpose of using such information and obtain your prior consent.

3. Using Personally Identifiable Information
- NSK does not use your Personally Identifiable Information for any other purposes than that you approved previously.

4. Sharing or Disclosing Personally Identifiable Information with/to Third Parties
- NSK does not share or disclose your Sharing Personally Identifiable Information with/to any Third Parties except:
・When you have given us prior consent,
・When the disclosure is requested by a judicial or governmental agency.
When NSK transfers your Personally Identifiable information to its agents, affiliates or partners, NSK enters an agreement on Personal Information Protection between its agents, affiliates or partners and requires that such agent, affiliate or partner handle your Personally Identifiable Information with the same concern for personal privacy as NSK.

5. Protecting Personally Identifiable Information
- NSK takes necessary and appropriate steps to protect your Personally Identifiable Information from loss, destruction, leakage, damage and illegal access. NSK may delete your Personally Identifiable Information when NSK sees no reason to keep such information any longer.

6. Contacting NSK about Personally Identifiable Information
NSK welcomes your requests, questions or comments about our Privacy Policy. You may contact us at webmaster@nsk-nakanishi.co.jp asking for review of data we obtained, correction or update thereof, deletion of your Personally Identifiable Information or cancellation of your previously given consent to us. Upon such request, NSK takes an appropriate action accordingly.
Policy Updates
NSK reserves the right to update this policy based on changes of social requirement and amendments of laws and regulations. NSK discloses its Private Policy at the corporate web site so that you can review it at any time you want to.
