See AC cable is properly plugged in to wall outlet.
Plug in AC cable to an outlet.
Power-supply jack is not connected to inlet.
Connect power-supply cord jack to inlet.
The power is off.
Turn the power on.
Fuse was blown out.
Replace with a specified fuse.
