Quality can be created through process.
This is the basic philosophy of recent systems of quality control and assurance as typified by ISO9001. The essence of the NAKANISHI way of production which has spanned more than 70 years is also exemplified in these words.
As one example, not only do we manufacture over 85% of more than 17,000 precision parts in-house, but we are deeply committed to our own technology and to personally designing and producing all of the tools required to manufacture these parts. Backing this up is NAKANISHI’s firm conviction in the potential to assure higher quality for the final product with lines providing stable supplies of each fine part with micron-order precision.
We are striving to maintain production lines of the highest standards based upon the remarkable improvements in processing accuracy and operating efficiency associated with precision automation. For this we are constructing a new and powerful CNC facility in 2005, thereby further increasing our parts production capacity and precision.
At the same time, we have prepared a complete production management system, conduct regular training for line staff and control and testing personnel, and plan skill upgrades for individual engineers. This is done while pursuing the transmission of veteran engineer’s technical skills and the introduction of the latest quality control and assurance methods.
While preserving the more than 70-year tradition of NAKANISHI’s way of production, our products are created through the most advance production technology and production control techniques, delivering quality that is fit to be called the No. 1 global brand.

- Adjusting the balance of rotor.
- rotation balance testing.
it adjusts the balance of rotors by cutting surface.
- High-precision circularity measuring instrument.
- The most critical point in high speed rotary cutting instruments is concentricity.
This is measured with a precision of 0.01μm(0.00001mm).
- Computer-controlled temperature control allows even hardening.
- High quality is maintained by carrying out most of the parts processing within the Company.
